CREATING A LESS DISTRACTED SPACE THROUGH GUIDED WILDERNESS ADVENTURES.

Wyatt Cabin Reimagined

The Wyatt Cabin, originally the cherished vacation retreat of Will and Betty Wyatt, serves as a testament to their enduring generosity and vision for Wilderness Ranch. Nestled amidst the beauty of the 80+ acres they generously donated to Young Life in 1978, this cabin is more than a structure; it is a symbol of legacy and connection to the land.

Our goal is to honor the history of the Wyatt Cabin while reimagining it for modern functionality and adaptability. The redesign will transform the cabin into a comfortable and welcoming home for the camp manager, with the flexibility to serve as adult guest or donor accommodations during the fall season. This dual-purpose approach ensures that the cabin continues to be a vital part of Wilderness Ranch's story, accommodating its evolving needs.

The design will embrace the rustic charm and timeless character of the original structure, integrating natural materials and thoughtful craftsmanship to reflect its heritage. Modern upgrades will enhance livability, energy efficiency, and comfort, ensuring it meets contemporary standards without compromising its historical integrity.
